Taste?Shift the taste profile, e.g. sweeter, spicier or more umami.

Nutrition?Steer toward a nutrition goal, e.g. high-protein, high-fiber or lighter.

Processing?Favor whole & fresh ingredients, or lean toward more processed ones.
